The Colour of Poverty, Colour of Change: Facilitation by members of the Colour of Poverty Steering Committee from Toronto
The Colour of Poverty Campaign is a province-wide community based effort to raise public awareness about the serious problem of poverty within the racialized communities of Ontario. This workshop will explore concrete strategies, tools, initiatives and community-based strategies to address and redress this growing ethno-racial inequality. * In English, with simultaneous translation to French - En anglais avec traduction simultanée en français.(2)
The City of Ottawa and You: Facilitation by Suzanne Doerge, City for All Women Initiative
Find out how to influence municipal gouvernment decisions. This workshop will help participants know more about municipal services and structure in order to better understand the factors that influence the decision making process.
